§ 2-347. Solvency of depositories.

Neither the trustee nor sureties on bonds of the county trustee covered by the provisions of this article shall be held responsible for the solvency of any bank or trust company in which such county trustee shall deposit funds after such bank or trust company had been designated by the board of county commissioners of such counties.
