§ 2-346. Bond penalty.

  • The amount of the penalty of the bond required of such county trustee for the collection of, and accounting to, the proper authorities of all county revenues, school taxes, sinking funds, moneys received by him from proceeds of bond sales, fines, penalties, forfeitures, and all other county funds and moneys of whatever nature collected by him, or which should be collected by him, during his term of office, and conditioned upon his faithful performance of the duties of his office, shall be fixed by the board of county commissioners.
