§ 8-615. County employee soliciting business for wrecker.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful for any county employee to solicit business for any wrecker or towing operator. Any employee guilty of violating the provisions of this article shall forfeit his right to continue as a county employee and shall be subject to discharge.
