§ 8-245. Application fee; renewal fee.

Upon filing an original application, or a renewal application, for a permit to advertise and conduct a sale or special sale, the applicant shall pay to the clerk a fee in the sum of $25.00. If any application or renewal application is disapproved, the payment shall be forfeited to the clerk as and for the cost of investigating the statements contained in such application or renewal application.
