§ 8-244. Renewals.

  • Upon satisfactory proof by the permittee that the stock itemized in the original application has not been disposed of, the clerk may renew such permit for the remaining items for an additional 30-day period upon payment of the prescribed renewal fee. Such proof for a renewal permit shall be furnished on a form to be issued by the clerk. The renewal application shall contain an itemized list of stock on hand and the same shall be verified by the applicant. The clerk shall cause the same to be examined and investigated, and if satisfied as to the truth of the statements therein contained, the clerk may issue a renewal permit for a period not exceeding 30 days; provided, however, that not more than three such renewals shall be granted for any such sale for the same location within a period of one year from the date of issuance of the first permit.
