§ 38-57. Tennessee One Call to be notified of laying sidewalks.

It shall be the duty of every person about to lay a sidewalk or driveway opening, or permitting such work to be done in his behalf, to give Tennessee One Call, underground utility location service, not less than three working days' notice in advance of the beginning of work.
