§ 2-256. Fines, penalties and court costs.

The clerk of the general sessions court of the county shall be responsible for collecting all fines, penalties and court costs imposed by the general sessions court for ordinance violations and shall pay such monies into the county general fund unless the ordinance or state law otherwise provides.
