§ 2-255. Charging instruments for ordinance violations.

Latest version.

All charging instruments to be issued for violations of county ordinances shall be approved by the county attorney prior to use. The county attorney, in his sole discretion, shall determine the form of each charging instrument to be used or issued for violations of county ordinances.
