§ 2-216. Availability of funds.

Latest version.

Except in emergencies, no order for delivery on a contract or open market order for supplies, equipment or contractual services for any county official or office shall be made unless the availability of funds for the payment therefore has been first certified by the director of the division of administration and finance.
