§ 2-92. Reading of ordinances.

Latest version.

For all ordinances adopted by the board of county commissioners, the caption of the ordinance shall be read on the first and second readings and the ordinance in its entirety on the third reading. However, for any ordinance that is longer than two typewritten pages, the board may adopt a procedure to read a summary of such ordinance in lieu of reading the entire ordinance.
