The chair of the board of county commissioners has the right to serve himself or to
appoint a designee, in accordance with section 2.10 of the county Charter and the commissioners' Permanent Rules of Order, to serve in
his place and stead on any board, commission, agency, or authority that the chair
serves on by virtue of holding the office of chair of the board of commissioners.
