§ 2-90. Clerk to board; clerical and administrative help.

The board of county commissioners shall provide from its own budget the necessary
funds to employ its own clerk to serve at its meetings and to employ its own clerical
and administrative help as reasonably necessary to take the minutes of its meetings
and to transcribe such minutes, subject to the approval of the board of county commissioners,
as the official records of the board.
