§ 2-66. Applicability to public roadways.

This article shall be limited solely to adjustments of the contiguous boundaries of municipalities of the county along or upon public roadways over the public domain of either municipality and shall have no effect upon the rights and interest of private persons in property adjoining or abutting such public roadway.
