§ 24-59. Court may adopt rule permitting deposit of chauffeur's or operator's license in lieu of bond.

The judges of the general sessions court by rules adopted by them may provide for the deposit of a chauffeur's or operator's license in lieu of bond or other security. Such court rules when adopted shall be posted in the clerk's office and distributed to the sheriff's department for information and implementation.
