§ 16-142. Judicial review; provisions supplemental and permissive.

(a)

Any person aggrieved by an order or act of the designated department under the provisions of this division may seek judicial review of such order or act. The time periods established herein shall not be tolled during the pendency of the hearing.

(b)

The authority in this division is permissive and not mandatory and shall be carried out by the county as it deems appropriate.
