§ 14-111. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Officials means all officials elected by popular vote or elected by the board of county commissioners and who are paid a salary by the county for services rendered.
