§ 10-703. Appointment; term; duties.

The persons assuming the positions as set out in section 10-702 shall be appointed by the district attorney general for the 30th judicial district, shall serve at the pleasure of the district attorney general, and shall perform such duties on behalf of the state as may be assigned to them by the district attorney general.
