§ 46. Performance and construction surety.

Before a franchise granted pursuant to this Ordinance is effective, and as necessary thereafter, the franchisee shall provide and deposit such monies, bonds, letters of credit, funds, insurance or other instruments in form and substance acceptable to the County as may be required by this Ordinance or by an applicable franchise contract.
