§ 8-502. Sanitary code generally.

There is hereby adopted a sanitary code for the control and operation of public or semipublic swimming pools and/or swimming areas within the county. The Memphis and Shelby County Health Department is hereby authorized to enforce the provisions of this article and to issue permits and collect the fees as provided for herein.
