§ 8-212. Application of article.

Latest version.

The provisions of this article shall not apply to or affect the following persons:
(1)

Persons acting pursuant to an order or process of court of competent jurisdiction from one of the courts of the county.

(2)

Persons acting in accordance with their powers and duties as public officers, such as sheriff's deputies, and the county purchasing agent in the sale of surplus stocks.

(3)

Duly licensed auctioneers selling at auction.
