The Joint Plumbing Code of Memphis and Shelby County is hereby amended by adopting the 2015 ICC International Plumbing Code including the appendices: Appendix B—Rate of Rainfall for various Cities, Appendix C—Graywater Recycling Systems, Appendix D—Degree Day and Design Temperature, Appendix E—Sizing of Water Pipe Systems, Appendix F—Structural Safety, in substitution for, and instead of, the 2009 edition of the International Code Council International Plumbing Code and local amendments thereto.
