§ 6-7. Regulation of buildings, plumbing, sewerage, electrical wiring.

  • The board of county commissioners may provide a means whereby and because of the density of population they may create, provide and establish rules and regulations governing the construction of all buildings, plumbing, sewerage and electrical wiring placed in or on any building or the premises thereof, outside the corporate limits of any city or town situated therein, and all things incident to and connected with buildings, in the erection and remodeling thereof in such counties, the issuing of licenses therefor, the inspection thereof and the penalty for the violation of any rules and regulations thus made by such board of county commissioners.
