§ 4-140. Rules and regulations.

The board may enact reasonable rules and regulations to implement and carry out the provisions of this article, including, but not limited to, the right to further regulate or exempt certain animals from this article, and the right to regulate the numbers and types of animals and the conditions under which they may be maintained in residentially zoned areas.
