§ 4-73. Disposition of fees.

All fees for registration as provided in this article shall be known as the rabies control fund and shall be dispersed by the county or municipality in a manner prescribed by the local legislative body only for the payment of salaries of rabies control officers appointed by the local board of health, for the establishment and operation of a dog pound, or for other expenses incidental to the enforcement of this article on order of the local mayor.
