§ 44-92. Penalties.

(a)

A person who violates a provision of this division shall be guilty of a violation of this Code and shall be fined not more than $50.00. Each violation is considered a separate offense and is punishable as such.

(b)

The judge in his discretion may allow the person found guilty of a violation of this division to remove the litter that the person threw, dumped, deposited, or caused to be thrown, dumped, or deposited, from the property in lieu of or in addition to the penalty provided in subsection (a) of this section.
