§ 44-22. Conflict of laws.

Latest version.

Where the conditions imposed by any provisions of this article are either more restrictive or less restrictive than comparable conditions imposed by any other provision of this article or any other applicable law, ordinance, rule or regulation, the more restrictive provisions, or those which impose higher standards or requirements, shall govern.
