§ 42-155. Violations.

Any person or agent thereof who shall fail, neglect or refuse to comply with the provision of this article or any regulation made pursuant to this article shall be fined not less than $5.00 and not more than $50.00 for each violation, and each day of continued violation shall constitute a separate offense.
