§ 42-143. Sanitary method of disposal required.

Every residence, building, or place where human beings reside, assemble, or are employed within the county shall have a sanitary method for disposal of sewage and human excreta. It shall be a violation of this section to occupy such places where the sewage disposal system has not been completed and approved by the health officer.
