§ 42-69. Definitions.

For the purposes of this article all terms and words herein shall have their common usage meaning except that the following special definitions shall apply:

Board means the Shelby County Groundwater Quality Control Board.

Department means the Memphis and Shelby County Health Department.

Groundwaters of the county means those groundwaters located within the geographic boundaries of the county.
