§ 38-61. Inspection of work; certificate of approval.

(a)

When concrete work governed by this article has been completed, it shall be inspected by the county engineer or his representative. If such work is found to meet the requirements of all county ordinances regulating such work, the county engineer or his representative, on application, shall issue his certificate that the work has been inspected and approved in accordance with provisions of this article.

(b)

A property owner, receiving notice requiring concrete work to be done in or about any public place, shall not be held to have complied with such notice until the certificate provided for in this section has been issued to such owner.
