§ 36-208. Dispute resolution of stormwater user fees.

(a)

Any water meter customer of record who disputes the calculation of the stormwater user fee as provided in this section, or who seeks a stormwater user fee adjustment based upon stormwater management practices, may submit a dispute resolution form to the stormwater fund manager within 60 days from the date the stormwater user fees are due.

(b)

A dispute resolution form may be requested as follows:

(1)

By written correspondence to Shelby County Engineering Department, 160 N. Main, Suite 350, Memphis, TN 38103; or

(2)

By calling county stormwater fund manager at [phone].

(c)

The stormwater fund manager may request additional information from the disputing party.

(d)

A written decision of the stormwater fund manager shall be mailed to the water meter customer of record within 30 days from the date the dispute resolution form was received together with a copy of the board of stormwater appeal's appeal form.
