§ 36-204. Dedication of revenue.

Latest version.

All revenues generated by or on behalf of the stormwater fund shall be deposited in a special revenue fund, which shall be kept in an account separate from other accounts of the county. Stormwater fund revenues shall be used exclusively for purposes set out by state law and shall not be used for any other purposes other than stormwater expenses.
