It is the purpose of this article to control stormwater runoff from industrial sources
in order to minimize, to the maximum extent practicable, pollutants discharged from
industrial sources into the county MS4. This reduction may be achieved by a combination
of management practices, control techniques, system design, engineering methods and
plan review.
