§ 36-57. Unauthorized discharge; public nuisance.

Latest version.

Discharge of stormwater in any manner in violation of this article; or any violation of any condition of a permit issued pursuant to this article; or any violation of any condition of a stormwater discharge permit issued by the state department of environment and conservation is hereby declared a public nuisance and shall be corrected or abated.
