§ 36-4. Abbreviations.

CERCLA means the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act in its original form or as amended.

CFR means the Code of Federal Regulations.

FEMA means the Federal Emergency Management Agency.

MS4 municipal separate storm sewer system means the county's separate stormwater system both natural and humanmade as may be subject to the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) stormwater permit for the county.

MSCDDM means the Memphis and Shelby County Drainage Design Manual.

SWPPP means the stormwater pollution prevention plan.

T.C.A. means the Tennessee Code Annotated (latest version).

TMSP means the Tennessee Multi-Sector Permit (TMSP) for stormwater discharges associated with industrial activity (see section 36-133).

TNCGP means the Tennessee construction general permit.

USACOE means the United States Army Corps of Engineers.

USC means the United States Code.
