§ 34-45. Penalty schedule directory beyond second offense.

After a caller and/or service recipient has been fined for a second violation of this article, the caller and/or service recipient may either be fined the maximum amount for subsequent violations, or be given a misdemeanor citation in lieu of physical arrest and prosecuted under state law, or be physically arrested and prosecuted under state law.
