§ 34-44. Penalties for violation.

The fines set forth in the following schedule are in addition to any applicable court costs and fees for prosecution of violations of this article. All fines collected under this article shall be paid into the county general fund. Each call placed to the emergency 911 number and each message sent to a public safety answering point, in violation of this article, shall constitute a separate offense.

First offense: In-person, written warning.

Second offense: $50.00 fine.
