§ 32-122. Condemnation of property.

The county is hereby expressly given the power, in conjunction with and in cooperation with any municipality thereof, to condemn, for the purposes of this article, the property of any other person, and the procedure for the exercise of this power of condemnation shall be the same as that now provided by law for the taking of private property for public uses.
