§ 30-162. Disorderly conduct.

  • (a)

    Disorderly conduct is prohibited.

    (b)

    A person is guilty of disorderly conduct with intent to cause public inconvenience, annoyance or alarm, or recklessly creating a risk thereof, if he shall:

    (1)

    Engage in fighting or in threatening, violent or tumultuous behavior;

    (2)

    Make unreasonable noise or make an offensively coarse utterance, gesture or display, or address abusive language to any person present; or

    (3)

    Create a hazardous or physically offensive condition by any act or threat of action.
