§ 2-261. Court costs.

  • In every instance where a person is assessed a fine by a general sessions court judge, such person, in addition, shall be required to pay fees to the clerk of the general sessions court, including, but not limited to, the clerk's fee, county litigation tax, data processing fee, library fee, public defender fee, sheriff's fee, and state litigation tax, in such amounts as are set by state law.
