§ 2-251. County attorney's office.

The county attorney's office, created by section 3.08A(1) and A(2) of the county Charter, shall consist of the county attorney, who shall be the chief legal officer of the county, together with assistant county attorneys and such other employees as may from time to time be assigned to the county attorney's office.
