§ 2-156. Division of corrections.

  • (a)

    The director of corrections shall have charge and general supervision of the division of corrections.

    (b)

    The division of corrections shall be responsible for all activities of the county penal farm which includes, but is not limited to, the functions of the division's administration and finance, adult offender center, and operations.
