§ 2-149. Executive branch restructured.

The executive branch of the county is hereby restructured and established in the manner and form provided in this article.

Notes:

1. In the referendum held on August 1, 1974, restructure was adopted by a vote of 44,115 to 25,784. See section 2 of the original Restructure Act for wording of the referendum.

2. The county Charter was adopted in a voter referendum election held on August 2, 1984.
