§ 26-251. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Unincorporated means situated outside of cities, towns and municipal corporations organized under any general or special act of the general assembly of the state, so that when used in connection with territory, areas, or the like, it covers, includes and relates to territory or areas which are not within the boundary of any city, town or municipal corporation.
