§ 26-225. Acknowledgements and signatures, on plats required; recording.

  • A plat certified for recording shall carry on its face at least a signed acknowledgment by the owner, which shall be notarized; the signature and seal of the registered professional engineer, duly authorized by law to practice in the state; the signature of the director of the division of planning and development; and the dates of approval. The county register shall not record nor rerecord plats which do not contain the required acknowledgements and signatures.
