§ 26-188. Manner of making improvements.

It shall not be necessary for the improvement authorized under this article to be done under contracts, but the county mayor may do all or any part of such improvement by contract, or by labor hired by the county or the county mayor, or with inmate labor of the county, and with materials purchased as other county purchases are required to be made.
