§ 26-146. Violations.
Latest version.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this article; or failing, neglecting, or refusing to comply with any rules and regulations of the health department promulgated pursuant to the provisions of this article; or failing to perform the reasonable requirements of the health department or health officer after receipt of written notice of such requirements shall be fined not less than $10.00 nor more than $50.00 for each offense.
