§ 26-2. Developers to pave streets.

Latest version.

It shall be the responsibility of the developer of any land located in the unincorporated areas of the county to pave all streets or portions of streets which any such developer has been required to dedicate and improve. Such streets and portions of streets shall be constructed in accordance with street pavement construction standards as established by resolution of the board of county commissioners.
