§ 20-3. Appropriations for enforcement and administration of the state beer laws.
The board of county commissioners is hereby authorized and empowered to appropriate county funds in such amounts and for such items of expense as the board may deem necessary or advisable, for the purpose of paying expenses incidental to enforcement and administration of the state beer laws, being T.C.A. § 57-5-101 et seq., and for administration and regulation incident to license granted pursuant thereto.

Note— County commission established beer board, volunteer citizen board, to administer the issuance of beer permits in the unincorporated areas of the county and to hear violations of the rules and regulations approved by resolution of the county board of commissioners.
