§ 16-33. Exemption for units subject to section 404 of the Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990.

Latest version.

No fee shall be charged until the year 2000 with respect to emissions from any unit which is classified as "an affected unit" under section 404 of the Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990, entitled "Phase I Sulfur Dioxide Requirements."
